Returns - No questions asked!

Simply return to us the merchandise in the original shipping carton and we will give you full credit. This policy is contingent on you returning all items purchased at Storm Copper Store within 30 days of the original delivery in an unused, and resalable condition.  Return shipping will be paid by the buyer.

In the event  the product is defective or the return is a result of our error Storm Copper will pay shipping. If the item is returned for any other reason you as the buyer are responsible for the return shipping costs and will be charged the return shipping.

No returned merchandise will be accepted without Pre- Authorization by Customer Service at Storm Copper. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item and inspection of our Returns Dept.
The following items may not be returned:
